How I got started
About Kelsey
When I started this venture in November 2020 I never imagined it would grow into the business it is now.
I've had a life long passion for creating and crafts, whatever I could get my hands on. When I finally learned to sew in small workshops, I knew I found it. What I could really pour all my creativity in and that is also challenging. That was 2015 and I haven't stopped since.
I went to and graduated from Lasalle College in 2019 in Technical Clothing Design. For years before I could sew I've always wanted to make bags, just wasn't sure how to get to that goal. Through school I finally learned the hands on sewing skills I needed to pursue making bags. While working my sewing job during the day after graduating, I was working on my own design and bags at night. After making my first few bags I finally created the dog training treat bag. The feedback and interest was really positive and gave me the push to start selling bags. After just a few months of making bags part time after work, I decided to pursue this dream full time.
This business is my dream come true, I can't wait everyday to get into the studio and start sewing orders. I make every bag in my home studio, I pride myself on attention to detail and making sure every bag meets my expectations before it gets to you. All my bags are designed and sewn in my home studio in Kahnawake, where I live with my partner, my pug, and my cat.
